On June 2016, His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Sabah, and His Highness the Crown Prince Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Sabah, Vice President of National Guard Sheikh Mishal Al Ahmad Al Sabah, Prime Minister Shiekh Jaber Al Mubarak inaugurated the headquarter of the Fire Service Department. They were received by the minister of council of ministers, Sheikh Mohamad Al Abdullah Al Sabah, and the general manager of Kuwait Fire Services Department, Yousef Al Ansari, and the leadership of the department. In total, the project’s built-up area is 21,000-square-meters and consists of offices, meeting rooms, an auditorium as well as other supporting services. In turn, the design aims to fulfil the requirements of the owner, acting as an architectural landmark that reflects the departments role. The project was designed successfully and supervised by Dar Al Shaheen Consultants.
