The Ministry of Public Works awarded the design and build contract to Khaled Al Khorafi Contracting and Trading Company. The project is scheduled to be completed within 30 months and has a construction value of about 12 million Kuwaiti Dinars. Dar Al-Shaheen Consultants was commissioned to undertake the design the project. The project is located on an 8,000-square-meter plot in the diplomatic area (West Mishref). It consists of 4 floors of offices and supporting services and services by underground parking.
