Work has begun on the construction of Abdul Aziz Al Khatib Arena in Al Arabi Sports Club. The Arena is located within the club’s premises and occupies a 5,000-square-meter plot. The Arena provide a multipurpose hall that can accommodate more than 5,000 spectators — in addition to six training halls, VIP reception hall and other supporting facilities. The construction value is 3 million Kuwaiti Dinars. And, it’s estimated that the project will be completed within 24 months. Dar Al Shaheen Consultants completed the design of the project and is supervising the construction with a specialized team of architects, engineers and technicians.
