Dar Al-Shaheen Consultants – ASCO is undertaking the construction supervision works on eight districts at  Al Mutlaa City (N5-N12); which will accommodate 18519 plots. The city is located 40 KM from Kuwait City and 10 KM from Al Jahra City.
ASCO's professional staff is in charge of reviewing all design and contract documents and overseeing the construction supervision in accordance to the contract signed between the contractor the Public Authority of Housing Welfare.  The construction contract has been awarded to the Chinese company: China Ghezbouba group company limited the contract value is 215 Million Kuwaiti Dinars.
Al Multall City project is considered one of the most important housing projects in the state of Kuwait. When completed it shall host 30,000 units and accommodate 400,000 residence.
