Dar Al-Shaheen Consultants, in collaboration with Proyapi and NKY, have completed phase three of the study and design of Al Fintas Marina, a significant destination in the south of Kuwait. The project comprises retail and commercial uses and state of the art educational and entertainment facilities. Various outdoor and indoor spaces create a year-long and 24/7 operation. Visitors can travel through the site using a unique tram system. At the center of the project sits a uniquely designed landmark hotel tower that will host various hospitality and entertainment events. The project has space for an 800-yacht marina and terminals for a national taxi ferry. The project is designed with sustainability in mind, incorporating smart technologies and energy-saving systems. The design shall be completed by the end of 2023 and will be tendered the year after.
