The project aims to create a mixed-type residential tower in Bnaid Al Gar; which is a high-end residential neighborhood near Kuwait City the capital. The client sought to utilize the plot and benefit from its corner location. The proposal resulted in a mixture of Duplex units, 1,2 and 3 bedrooms apart-ments. In additional to various amenities and services.
