Dar Al -Shaheen Consultants was appointed by a private investor to prepare a concept design for the Investment opportunity released by PAHW. The Designers worked closely with the school operators, facility managers, contractors and financial expert to achieve an outstanding architectural solution that meets the client requirements and achieve a high rate of return.

The floor plan is organized around two main internal courtyards. The mass of the building consists of four stories; that face a main outdoor park and sports field. The building design is modern and minimal in style and aims to provide students and visitors with clarity, interest and joy.
