Al Othman Clinic Tower consisting of a ground floor, thirteen floors for clinics, two upper parking floors, as well laboratory and x-ray basement floor, In addition to a hanging garden and service floor. Al Othman Clinic tower is characterized by simplicity, as it extends from the ground floor to the parking lots, then the hanging garden and the clinic tower.

The architectural concept provides an upper garden, which provides a natural outdoor outlet for the building’s users, and enhances the green trend of the building’s design. The architectural design presents a distinctive character that expresses the spirit of luxury and the project implementation era, and despite the design beauty, it is characterized by simplicity.

Al Othman Clinic tower is characterized by the use of repeated windows patterns that provide natural lighting to the spaces; it has been carefully designed to create a unique architectural look. We cladding the building with natural stones in order to express luxury, and at the same time give the facility durability and reduce the maintenance. Al Othman Clinic tower offers two roof gardens, one on the third floor and the other on the ninth floor, this provides an outlet for the building’s users, emphasizes the environmental orientation of the design, and provides  additional investment potential.
