Abu Fateera Industrial Area is considered one of the most important B.O.T project that have been released by Kuwait Municipality.
The project aimed to develop and design the infra structure, the official and service facilities in Abu Fateera Industrial Area.
Kuwait Municipality also offered an area to the developer to be used as car show rooms. Working with commercial real-estate company. Al-Shaheen Consultants began to form a team of specialist to prepare the economic, environmental and engineering studies.
The design is unique by providing innovative architectural solution, such as the multi-story car show room.
