The Tower is located on Al-Soor Street, one of the most distinct locations in Kuwait.
The project is made-up of 30- floors for office use, retail mall cinemas and parking structure linking Al-Soor Street with fahad Al-Salem Street.
Al-Shaheen Consultants collaborated with Jung Brannen to develop the conceptual design and initial studies.
