Al-Khiran Pearls City is one of the largest and most important urban development projects in the State of Kuwait. The project includes 11252 residential plots and 3000 plots facing the sea. Aside to urban design and planning, different technical studies have been completed along with road design, infrastructure, and all essential services and local centers.
