Al-Nakheel Real Estate Company appointed Al-Shaheen Consultants to develop the initial architectural design for five high density residential buildings owned by Kuwait Finance House.
It is located in Al-Rigae area on a 5000 sqmts; plot and consists of a residential compound divided on five, nine floors attached towers and contains 43 flats.
ASCO have developed the architectural design, prepared working drawings, assisted in issuing all building permits and completed the tender documents
