Project Details

The Kuwait Bowling Club is located at the Al-Salmiya area on a prime location in the heart of the commercial area on a 10,000 sq m plot. It was appointed by the Al-Massaleh Real Estate company, Al-Shaheen Consultant participated in this competition, which was done in (B.O.T) system. Throughout the design Al-Shaheen Consultant worked closely with the financial consultants to ensure the best results for Kuwait Bowling Club and the Investor.

The aim of the design was to preserve the identity of the project as a sport, social and entertainment club. Thus, the differ ent components of the project were arranged around an open outdoor plaza which acts as a central hub that distributes the movement throughout the project. The project contains many supporting functions such as a 5,000 sq m international Bowling Hall, health club, a hotel with 100 rooms and an administrative building that contains the headquarter of the Kuwait Bowling Club.
